Checks at changing times
We never come on a fixed schedule. Sometimes early in the morning, sometimes late in the evening, sometimes in between – so persistent offenders and illegally parked vehicles can never predict when we will show up.
On site several times a day
A single round of checks is not enough. We inspect every location several times a day – this keeps the pressure up and your parking spaces free.
Changing staff

Our own technology
Our own software – from photo documentation to the lawyer
For our work we rely on systems we develop ourselves. On site, our member of staff documents the vehicle concerned photographically and leaves behind a vehicle keeper notification (FHM). Every case is recorded in our own FHM system. If a vehicle keeper notification remains unpaid, we hand over the case in structured form via a second system developed specifically for our lawyers for legal processing. This creates a seamless chain – from securing the evidence on site to legally sound handling, with no effort for you at all.
We operate all services on our own infrastructure – nothing is outsourced to third parties. All data stays in our hands, and we comply with every required security measure in doing so.

Robust & durable
Heat-resistant up to 85 °C
Behind the windscreen it quickly gets really hot in summer: even at 20 °C outside temperature, the thermometer in a parked car climbs to over 35 °C after half an hour – on hot days far higher still.
Our parking cards can take that. They stay dimensionally stable up to 85 °C, do not warp or discolour and remain easy to read at every inspection.

What does parking management cost for my property?
That depends on the number of parking spaces as well as the size, location, travel distance and requirements of your site. We will prepare an individual, no-obligation and free quote for you – just get in touch. Only for an on-site visit outside Salzburg and Mattighofen do we charge a travel-cost fee, and only if no contract results. It is based on the distance to your site and we tell you the amount beforehand.
How quickly can you start with the checks?
After the site analysis, concept and installation of the signage, ongoing checks can usually start at short notice. We agree the specific timeframe individually with you.
What happens to illegally parked vehicles?
Vehicles parked without authorisation are recorded and documented during the checks. Further processing is carried out in a legally sound and transparent manner – with no effort for you as the owner.
Do I have to do anything myself as the owner?
No. From the signage and parking cards to the ongoing checks, we handle the entire process. You have a fixed point of contact for all questions.
Is my location even suitable?

Do tenants or employees receive parking cards?
Yes. Tenants and employees receive high-quality parking cards in credit-card format with a QR code and copy protection – with your logo on request. For temporary users such as tradespeople or service providers, we issue separate parking permits.
Is private parking management legally permissible?
Yes. As an owner or manager, you are entitled to determine who parks on your private parking area. The decisive factor is that it is recognisable as private property – clear signage is the most important evidence for this, and we set it up for you. Unauthorised parking on private property is generally considered interference with possession (Besitzstörung) in Austria; we document every incident verifiably and proceed in a legally sound manner.
