Why FHM exists
Private parking areas only work when the rules are clear
A private parking space feels like a minor detail – until it is blocked every day by outside and long-term parkers. For owners, property managers and businesses, that quickly becomes a recurring nuisance that costs time, nerves and good neighbourly relations.
FHM is an Austrian company based in Mattighofen. Since 2023 we have managed private parking areas across Salzburg and Upper Austria – more than 100 locations today. Our task is simply put: keeping those areas reliably available for authorised users, without you having to deal with it yourself.
We are not interested in being loud, but in creating order that is noticeable in everyday life – built on our own technology, clear procedures and checks that work precisely rather than by blanket deterrence.
Our own software and infrastructure
From on-site capture to the handover to our lawyers, everything runs on systems we built ourselves. Your data stays in our hands; nothing is outsourced to third parties.
Forgery-proof parking cards
Parking permits in credit-card format with a QR code and copy protection – so only authorised vehicles park on your areas.
A dedicated point of contact
Not an anonymous portal, but a person with a direct line who knows your location and gives clear feedback.
