How quickly will I get a response?
Immediately after submitting you receive a confirmation of receipt with your reference number. We then usually get in touch personally within a few working days by email or phone to discuss your matter and agree the next steps.
What information does FHM need for a quote?
It helps to know the address and location of the property, the approximate number of parking spaces and your current problems – such as illegally parked vehicles, vandalism or bulky waste. We clarify everything else together.
